Sadly, artist Neal Adams has passed away. He was 80 years old and left behind a loving family and perhaps thousands of exciting images of comic book characters and book covers.
My first exposure to Adams came in the form of the Tarzan book covers put out by Ballantine Books. Along with Frank Frazetta, he could capture intensity at nothing shorter than genius level.
